Nursing Notes

BARTCHARTS™ offers a comprehensive template system for Nurses that allows them to chart more efficiently, and therefore spend more time and energy on patient care.

The Nursing Notes Templates parallel the Physician Templates, as both are based on the same set of chief complaints. Each Nursing Note includes two separate templates: a single-sided Triage note and a double-sided Assessment and Treatment Note.

These templates improve data capture, legibility, and efficiency while creating a real-time record. Their format is intuitive and user-friendly. The templates not only improve overall patient care, they also improve compliance with JCAHO standards by prompting documentation of elements such as pain levels, immunization status, condition at discharge, and more.

BARTCHARTS Nursing Notes are offered at the low, one-time price of 30 cents per patient, based on the prior year’s ED census. This charting system is paper-based and allows the user to generate paper templates for as long as your ED needs them.
