Paper BARTCHARTS

BARTCHARTS™ charges a one-time fee of 70 cents per patient, based on the prior year’s annual patient census. For example, if your ED volume was 30,000 in the year 2005, the total cost to your ED is $21,000.

Again, this is a one-time fee. Paper BARTCHARTS is a charting system that allows the user to generate paper templates for as long as your ED needs them. No additional charges will be applied.

For this fee, your ED will receive:

The entire complement of BARTCHARTS™ ED TEMPLATES (55) with your hospital’s information and logo
Guidelines for physician use of BARTCHARTS
A Reference List of the charts
Administrative Suggestions and Guidelines

The above items will be included in your BARTCHARTS CD. Hard copies of each of these will be provided as well.

Your ED is invited to try Paper BARTCHARTS for 4 months free, with no obligation. All that is needed is permission to imprint your hospital’s logo on the charts, and we will send you a BARTCHARTS CD for your ED.
